Terms of Service

Welcome to Acctpass. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of acctpass.com (the "Site") and the services we offer, including ready-made account sales, phone number rentals, and engagement services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Acctpass. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@acctpass.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Nature of Our Products — Important Disclosures

Please read this section carefully before purchasing.

Third-party platform terms. Acctpass sells ready-made social media accounts and related digital products. Creating, selling, or purchasing accounts on many platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Discord, and others) may violate those platforms' own Terms of Service. Acctpass is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social media platform whose accounts are listed on our Site. You use purchased accounts entirely at your own risk, including the risk that a platform may suspend, restrict, or permanently ban an account, regardless of how it's used.

No guarantee of permanence. While we take reasonable steps to provide working, described products at the time of delivery, we cannot guarantee that any account, phone number, or engagement service will remain active, functional, or undetected indefinitely after delivery. Platform enforcement actions are outside our control.

Delivery of credentials. Purchased account credentials (username, password, email access, 2FA codes) are delivered digitally and immediately upon successful payment, unless otherwise stated. It is your responsibility to follow any provided login instructions (including, where noted, using appropriate regional access methods) to reduce the risk of account flags.

4. Payments and Wallet

Wallet system. Acctpass operates on a prepaid wallet model. You deposit funds (in USD-equivalent) via supported payment methods (card, bank transfer, USSD via Korapay for Naira payments, or supported cryptocurrencies), and purchases are deducted from your wallet balance.

Currency conversion. Deposits made in Naira or cryptocurrency are converted to USD at the exchange rate displayed and locked in at the time of your deposit. Rates are set by Acctpass and may differ from other market rates.

Deposit bonuses and tiers. Acctpass may offer loyalty tier bonuses on deposits based on lifetime deposit totals. Bonus terms are set out on the Site and may change for future deposits; bonuses already earned are not retroactively removed.

No cash withdrawals (unless stated otherwise). Wallet balances are intended for use on the Site. Any withdrawal functionality, if and when offered, will be governed by separate terms published at that time.

Fees. Payment processors may charge processing fees, which may be reflected in the exchange rate or displayed separately at checkout.

5. Refunds and Replacements

Our refund and replacement terms are set out in our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In general:

• Purchases are final once credentials are delivered and accessed, except where a product is materially not as described, or fails to deliver as promised, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy.
• We are not responsible for account suspension, bans, or restrictions resulting from your use of the account after delivery, including failure to follow provided login/security instructions.

6. Referral Program

If you participate in our referral program, you earn a commission on qualifying deposits made by users you refer, as described on the Site. Acctpass reserves the right to withhold or reverse referral commissions in cases of fraud, abuse, self-referral, or violation of these Terms. Commission rates may change for future referrals; previously earned commissions are not affected.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to defraud Acctpass or other users (including chargebacks on legitimate purchases, fake insufficient-funds claims, or exploiting bugs to gain unauthorized wallet credit)
• Attempt to access another user's account or purchased credentials without authorization
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our permission
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Site
• Resell purchased accounts or services in a manner that violates these Terms or applicable law

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of wallet balance, at our discretion, particularly in cases of fraud or abuse.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, branding, logos, and content (excluding third-party account listings which are provided as-is) are the property of Acctpass Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding without permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The Site integrates with third-party payment processors, SMS/phone number providers, and engagement service providers. Your use of these integrated services may also be subject to those providers' own terms. Acctpass is not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent third-party providers, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving delivery issues.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acctpass and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for:

• Loss of access to purchased accounts due to third-party platform enforcement action
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site
• Losses resulting from your failure to follow provided security/login instructions

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or Services at any time, including pricing, available products, and payment methods.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law where you reside.
