Acctpass Limited ("Acctpass," "we," "us," or "our") operates acctpass.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and a password (stored securely, never in plain text). You may optionally set a username.

Transaction information. We keep records of your deposits, purchases, wallet balance, and transaction history — this includes the payment method used (card, bank transfer, USSD, or cryptocurrency), amounts, and timestamps.

Payment processing. We do not store your full card details or crypto wallet private keys. Payments are handled by third-party processors (Korapay for card/bank transfers, and a crypto payment processor for cryptocurrency deposits). These processors have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your payment information.

Purchase and delivery data. When you purchase an account, phone number rental, or engagement service, we log the order details and, where applicable, an access log of when credentials were viewed, copied, or downloaded — this protects both you and us in the event of a dispute.

Referral data. If you use our referral program, we track who you referred and the commissions earned, tied to your referral code.

Technical information. We automatically collect standard technical data including IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, using cookies and similar technologies, including third-party analytics (currently Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies or track personal data) and advertising pixels (TikTok Pixel and Meta Pixel) for marketing purposes.

Communications. If you contact support (via Telegram, email, or in-app), we retain records of that communication to help resolve your issue and improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Process deposits, purchases, and withdrawals
• Deliver purchased products (account credentials, phone numbers, engagement services)
• Calculate and pay referral commissions and loyalty tier bonuses
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Respond to support requests
• Send transactional notifications (deposit confirmations, order updates, security alerts)
• Improve the Site and understand how it's used (via aggregate, privacy-respecting analytics)

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted password storage, access logging on sensitive data (like purchased account credentials), and restricted admin access. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we're required by law to notify you of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will do so.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to legal/financial record-keeping requirements — we may need to retain transaction records for a period required by law)

6. Advertising and Analytics

We use TikTok Pixel and Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show you relevant ads on those platforms. These tools may set cookies or use similar technologies in your browser. You can manage your ad preferences directly through TikTok's and Meta's own ad settings.

We use Plausible Analytics for site traffic analytics, which is designed not to collect personal data or use cookies.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

9. International Users

Acctpass is based in Nigeria. If you access the Site from outside Nigeria, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Nigeria or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you.
