Refund & Replacement Policy

This policy explains when you're eligible for a refund or replacement on Acctpass purchases. It works alongside our Terms of Service — please read both.
To request a refund or replacement, contact us via Telegram (@acctpassltd) or email (support@acctpass.com) with your order ID, within 48 hours of delivery unless otherwise stated below.
1. Ready-Made Accounts
Replacement guarantee. If an account is "dead on arrival" — meaning the credentials provided don't work at all at the time of delivery (wrong password, account already suspended before you logged in, etc.) — we'll replace it with a working account of the same type, or refund your wallet, at our discretion. You must report this within 48 hours of purchase.
No refund for account bans/flags after successful login. Once you've successfully logged into a purchased account, we cannot refund or replace it if the account is later suspended, restricted, or banned by the platform — this includes bans resulting from:
- Not using the login instructions we provide (for example, not using a VPN matching the account's region when instructed to)
- Changing the account password before the recommended waiting period
- Any other use that triggers the platform's own security or anti-abuse systems
We provide platform-specific login guidance for this exact reason — following it significantly reduces (but cannot eliminate) the risk of a flag.
No refund for buyer's remorse. Once credentials are revealed to you, the purchase is final except as described above.
2. Phone Number Rentals
Before OTP/SMS is received: If you don't receive an SMS/OTP code before your rental window expires, you're eligible for a full refund to your wallet. You can also cancel an active rental before it expires (as long as no code has been received yet) for a full refund.
After OTP/SMS is received: Once a code has been delivered to the rented number, the rental is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable, regardless of whether the code worked for your intended purpose.
3. Engagement Services (Followers, Likes, Views)
Partial delivery. If an engagement order is only partially delivered (for example, you ordered 1,000 followers and only 700 were delivered before the provider marked the order as failed or canceled), we automatically refund the proportional undelivered amount to your wallet.
Full non-delivery. If an order fails entirely, you receive a full refund to your wallet.
Delivered orders. Once an engagement order is marked complete and fully delivered, it's non-refundable. Engagement services (followers, likes, views) can naturally fluctuate or drop over time due to the platform's own systems — we do not guarantee permanence of delivered engagement beyond the initial delivery.
4. Deposits
Wallet deposits (via card, bank transfer, USSD, or cryptocurrency) are generally non-refundable once credited to your wallet, since wallet funds are fungible and may already be reflected in bonuses, referral commissions, or tier progress.
Exception: if you're charged in error — for example, a duplicate payment, or a deposit that was never credited to your wallet despite a successful payment on your end — contact support with proof of payment and we'll investigate and correct the error.
5. What We Need From You
To process any refund or replacement request quickly, please provide:
- Your order ID or transaction reference
- A clear description of the issue
- Screenshots or other evidence, where applicable (e.g., a screenshot showing a "dead on arrival" account, or proof of a duplicate charge)
6. Our Discretion
While this policy sets out our standard rules, we may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis at our discretion — including for first-time issues, clear provider-side failures, or good-faith disputes. We aim to be fair, but repeated or abusive refund requests may result in account restrictions.
7. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account while the dispute is investigated, and to permanently restrict accounts found to be filing fraudulent chargebacks on legitimate purchases.
